Ah, cell-phones. Those devices which try to trick you into your own prison of escapism when you are bored. Being bored can give one ideas and is healthy. It prevents you from being overloaded with dopamine.
Be smarter as your smartphone
Consider removing any applications on your phone which you do not use to message others. Attempt to not use your phone when you are bored. The time seems to pass faster if you do not check the time every hour.
GPS and other features can be handy, but losing your way can lead to a fun experience. It can be interesting to not use it when it is not needed.
